Baltimore County Police arrested 24-year-old Micah Narteh for disorderly conduct on Sunday, Oct. 5.
Narteh was charged after it was reported that he approached women, on two separate occasions, outside businesses located in the Cockeysville area.
According to police, the women were instructed to read a notebook that contained written threats soliciting sex.
While the written threats indicated the suspect was armed, he was not found to be in possession of a weapon at the time of his arrest.
At this time, there have been no reports of the suspect carrying out a physical or sexual assault.
Officers are urging anyone who may have come in contact with Narteh to contact 911 or the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-887-1823.
