The Baltimore County Fire Department reported an apartment building fire in the 1500 block of Alconbury Road in
Essex.
Fire crews said the fire was caused by a lightning strike on Thursday morning around 8 a.m. and the fire is under control.
No injuries reported but four adults and two children have been displaced after the fire.
