Driver Rescued Under Tractor Trailer on 95

The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported that crews responded to a serious crash on I-95 between Cowenton Avenue & Joppa Road at 12:25 a.m. on Wednesday. An unconscious driver was extricated from a vehicle that was trapped underneath a tractor trailer. There was no more reported information the condition of the driver.
