Baltimore County Police have identified the man found deceased in a waterway at the Back River Waste Water Treatment Plant Friday morning as William Edward Deaver (31) with no fixed address.
Detectives are awaiting autopsy results by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine cause and manner of death but do not believe foul play is involved.
Officers were called to the 8200 block of Eastern Avenue, 21224 at 8:24 a.m. when the body of a man was discovered in the water near the Back River Waste Water Treatment Plant. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives are on the scene investigating the circumstances of the man’s death. The body is being transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy to determine cause and manner of death.
