Baltimore County Police reported that Dannesy Quarte Flores, 16 years old (4’9, 125 lbs) is missing.
She was last seen in the Essex area on Tuesday, Oct. 3 at 3 p.m. with a 1-inch scar over her right eye.
She does not speak English. Anyone with information is requested to call 911 or 410-307-2020
