Police are investigating a domestic related assault that has left a woman critically injured in Dundalk.
Just after 11:30 p.m., Tuesday night, officers responded to the 1600 block of Gray Place to investigate a stabbing. Officers located an adult female at the location suffering from multiple stab wounds to her upper body. She was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The investigation revealed that the victim stabbed knew the suspect; the person’s identity is being withheld pending formal charges.
