Carroll and Philpot roads

–photo courtesy of Cockeysville Volunteer Fire Company– Baltimore County Police reported a bridge collapse near Cockeysville on Monday afternoon. Motorists should expect road closures around the wooden bridge collapse at Carroll and Philpot roads on Oct. 20. No injuries have been reported.
