Baltimore County Police have arrested 38-year-old Gary W. Parrish and charged him with first-degree murder in the August 19, 2021 killing of 91-year-old Norman Albert. Parrish is currently being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Norman Albert was found deceased in his Carney home in the 9200 block of Hines Road.
